And none of the adblock stuff works on mobile - which is where the action is. I thought the same until I actually looked into it. It is not correct. AdBlock exists for both Android and iOS, and if the reviews are any indication, they work. Here is the one for iOS: itunes.apple.com It basically gives you its own web browser with ad blocking built in.
