Please disregard the reference I made to 28,000,000 shares. In my continuing quest to get as much information as I can on this CO. I had written down on my DD sheet that number. Unfortunately I didn't document my source. After you asked the question Arch, I went back to verify that it was accurate and can't find it. I do not want to be guilty of intentionally giving out bad info so I retract that part of the post.

Sorry guys. Time will tell.
