C-Cube has combined the system-level settop expertise formerly at its wholly
owned subsidiary,
DiviCom Inc., with C-Cube's digital video silicon developments to form C-Cube's
Consumer
Network Products Division (CNP). This new division focuses on the
revenue-generating digital
video applications that drive digital networks worldwide. By offering settop
manufacturers and
content providers multi-tiered silicon and design solutions, C-Cube's CNP Division
can help
companies such as Zenith and Americast partners to effectively address complex
consumer
network applications.

advanced
broadband digital settop and network products, we're helping our customers usher
in the digital
