That's exactly right, Sam. Corporate officers HAVE to begin being held personally responsible for corporate crimes, or profitable corporate crime just becomes another business risk, and getting caught and fined just an occasional "cost of doing business". We see this now, over and over, with corporation after corporation. It's rare that the fines even equal the loot earned by the crime.
