Cont de Monie, As far as I know, we will probably see audited financials for the first 3Q's sometime in December or January. I am not sure where these will first be posted. We should also see year end audited financials. My guess is around mid February.

I don't expect to see a 10K until after the 1st Q of 1998. FAMH is not currently a reporting company. I have been told that they plan to become reporting next year.
