Wow! 8 replies from people I have on ignore! Including a spam explosion from Joefly! Well, you people, one thing I learned listening to the interview with Reza Aslan, who is an Iranian-American, is that he was sort of a cafeteria-Muslim when he immigrated here as a young child. He said his family consisted of a few tepid cafeteria Muslims and more devout atheists. He himself leaned toward atheism, but as a young man in college became a born again Christian!

He's since gone back to being a Muslim. I'm sure he covers it in his book, which all you ignorant crackers should read.

Myself, I remain agnostic.
