WD - isn't this a business where you have to trust the jockey a lot? I.e. it might be good business for Berkadia where they know who is doing the loan originations and how, but is it a good investment for WD shareholder where you don't know how the management operates? Do you know what risk they retain and how good they are in managing it? I guess the only positive thing I see is that we are just after housing crisis, so perhaps the likelihood of another one is low, so the management cannot screw up a lot. But is this really true?
