I decided to move all my mutual funds to individual dividend stocks, especially but not limited to dividend growth stocks.
Excellent point Tom. I basically did the same thing in the 90's but still keep some money in the low cost Vanguard funds. You save on those annual expenses. As long as you can own the individual stocks w/ sufficient diversification, I believe you come out ahead.
