We should have laws that prevent corporations from hiding money overseas.

They aren't hiding it, it is clearly reported. They pay taxes in the countries where the income is generated. There is no reason why money made outside of the US must be brought into the US.

You don't actually care about overseas money, you simply hate all forms of success in the private sector. In your world the only purpose of the private sector is to pay taxes.
