Contracts are voluntary agreements. Regulation is command and control imposed on people. Totally different things. === Really? So unions voluntarily agree to get screwed when the CEO and BOD voluntarily file BK? No, just like many other "regulations", the laws are constructed by the wealthy and their corrupt attorneys to gather in even more money at the expense of the poor. A corrupt federal bankruptcy system is just another tool.
