Without laws corporations would do that again. Corporations still do anything they can get away with.

This discussion started with your claim of corporations breaking the law by keeping profits in the countries where they were earned. You then tried to shift it to evil bankers, and now to acts 50 or more years ago.

Please explain how corporations are breaking the law today by keeping their profits in the country where they were earned rather than giving them to Uncle Sam.
