IIRC, PA had a Democrat governor for the eight years preceding its financial crisis. Does he have any responsibility at all? Or is all about the R. governor that came in after the fact? (You may want to keep in mind you have blamed Obama's economic failures on Bush).

At any rate, they've run up 4B in debt by not living within their means.

If the District has loss money on interest rate swaps, that's on THEM -- they were gambling instead of running the schools.

It is just one more example of liberals living beyond their means. And you do it everywhere.

There is a reason the blue states are all neck deep in debt, unable to pay their own bills, and and looking to rest of us to bail you out.
