Henry, I was told by several people that the Swiss attended the annual meeting and that they held shares already. I am not sure if they are classified as traditional institutional holders. As to those that said that JMAR is screwing the warrant holders and shareholders by not excercising the warrants, I disagree. Warrants are generally called "Sweetners" to sweeten the sale of units of stock. The company is loyal to its shareholders, generally not warrant holders, at least in my opinion. I have said for some time that the warrants at this point are gambling because they are now very low on time value. I owned the warrants when they had over 3 years on them. At that time it was still a gamble but you had a lot of time for things to work. As I stated before I prefer the common stock over the warrants. In two months, there may only be the common stock available.
