CVS doesn't want minorities to have nail polish remover because minorities aren't able to get ID

CVS implements obviously racist ID requirement to purchase nail polish removerIf it's racist to ask for ID to vote, it's gotta be racist to ask for ID to buy nail polish remover, right?

CVS pharmacy customers are being asked for identification when they buy nail polish remover, WPRI 12 News reports.

The policy, which has been rolled out across southern New England in the past few weeks, means customers must show ID and will be limited on the number of bottles of remover they can purchase, according to the station.

The drugstore chain says the rule is an attempt to curb the making of illegal methamphetamine, and issued this statement, according to the station:

"Because acetone is an ingredient used in the illegal manufacture of methamphetamine, we recently implemented a policy that a valid ID must be presented to purchase acetone-containing products such as nail polish remover. Our policy also limits the sale of these products in conjunction with other methamphetamine precursors and is based on various regulations requiring retailers to record sales of acetone."

Except ... the FDA does not require that CVS record acetone purchases. CVS is just acting on their own volition, which they are of course free to do, because they're racists who like to annoy their customers, or something.

I'm sure Eric Holder will be investigating CVS for civil rights violations any minute now. Al Sharpton's gonna drag Tawana Brawley out of mothballs to protest! Oprah's producers are actively seeking victims for her to interview! Kathleen Sebelius is considering a new nail-polish-remover-mandate for Obamacare!

Because let's face it, only a racist would want to infringe on the constitutional right of minority women to change their nail polish more often than you or I change our socks, right?
