You realize that when a worker's "contract" is negotiated, the worker never expects to get shafted by some BK court he understands nothing about?

Yet management fully understands it can agree to anything at the bargaining table with workers and negate it later on with some sly legalese.

My brother in law has worked for US Air since the 70's. He now makes less than he did then and his pension has been halved and halved again. Now he will just have to keep working until he drops dead or they throw him out.
