Jack of All Trades, No! It just shows that I would have shot the person pursuing me exercising my right under the "stand your ground Florida law," and the Florida's right to carry. Therefore, there would not be a person living to testify again me since the person pursuing me is deceased and other witnesses, (dispatcher, etc.) would give their side of the story to stay in the car. I would consider that I was operating within the Florida laws.
