Started a position in ARCP this AM. I am expecting a tsunami in Sept/Oct. when reality of gov't shutdown hits the markets. I don't see that priced in, but just in case a deal is reached, I have researched ARCP enough to want at least a partial position to begin collecting and compounding and I will add in the fall as opportunity hits arises.
