Unless they are like my relative who decided that Section 8 housing, SS disability, 20 hours/week of maid service, food stamps, & the ability to sleep in as late as she likes and have absolutely no work hassles is the preferred way to live starting in her early 40's. Whats not to like?? The world is a strange place and its not always easy to know what will happen when you set about alleviating pain and suffering in the world. Sometimes you enable people to become fat and lazy. The seeds for that are in most individuals. It just takes the governments helping hand to let it blossom for some.
