Well, this is sort of a ridiculous trend but I have really been enjoying being able to read your posts again.....& my tendonitis is also much better...lol But my improvement probably has a lot more to do with cortisone & pt than healthy eating. I too have suffered quite a bit in the last 20 months due to the gold/silver sell off. We finally appear to be regaining our footing. As usual, I've learned a lot over the last few years, but the tuition is steep! Reading you has always been an enriching experience.
