Aug 15, 2013 - News Release

Saturn Minerals Inc. has commenced a seismic acquisition program on EP-72 (Bannock Creek) property in eastern Saskatchewan. The survey is being completed by Geostrata Resources Inc. of Calgary, Alta. The seismic survey will cover the northeastern portion of the Bannock Creek property and has been designed to cover/test large-scale anomalies identified in historical geophysical work completed by the company since 2009. The Bannock Creek property is 122,880 acres in size, and is situated over stratigraphy of the Northern Williston basin that has been shown to host high-quality source, reservoir and seal rocks in more thoroughly explored parts of the basin. The seismic survey is designed to identify potential structural and stratigraphic traps where oil may have been trapped. The most promising traps identified in the survey will form the drill targets of exploration wells to be completed in next phases of exploration.

The seismic survey has been designed and is being managed by the executive and exploration team of Vector Exploration Corp. in close conjunction with the company's vice-president of exploration, Dr. Krzysztof Mastalerz. From 2006 through 2012, the exploration team of Vector drilled 70 successful exploration and development wells along the Saskatchewan/Manitoba border based on acquired seismic data and interpretation.
