school budget crisis yet again in philly.. The IDIOT thugs in city hall simply suggest selling government buildings (these council members could be Obama's son ) . . a retard could come up with a better solution. even worse , Chicago (full of gangbanger thugs) sold their parking meters for $1 billion , which was well below market value.. simply to continue to pay the thugs and cohorts in government. not only that but the meters were sold to middle easterners. As a result you see no more parking holidays, and parking rates up 300%. The only way to improve philly , Chicago , detriot, st Louis etc is to drop an H-bomb on them. how do you fund an inner-city school when most residents are welfare crackheads? no taxbase means a ghetto slum.. I say let these ghetto parents rot in their slums , cut off the electric, and let them sit in their own feces. just like a crack addict on the philly streets, the city council members want that "quick fix".. selling those government assets is like taking a giant SNORT of coke. once these buildings and other major government assets are sold, future revenues are lost ..... government planning at it's finest
