All these harbors are dredged for maintenance. Increasing the depth is a BIG environmental issue and I thought the Leftist Obammy was a huge environmental hugger right? No Keystone Pipeline, but he promotes dredging and the disposal of contaminated sediments? Where? Whose backyard? This guy is a total fraud.
