That may be why silver is improving. There was a heavy short on the metal. Perhaps speculators see the world economy failing. Obama has destabilized the entire middle east.

Hard to say for certain what the 5% rise was all about. Uncertainty abounds.

It's an industrial metal. Has industry seen it's lows yet under the Clown?
