mpw got smacked around some after they issued their secondary at a discount. and i added a bit to my holdings as the yield went above 6.2%. I figure that yield should be pretty secure long term and offers inflation protection too. will just hold on to it forever i hope. fwiw based on technicals i am calling the bottom in silver and gold. we shall see
