It's not only the SEC that needs to get off it's "duff", but the DOJ..

The SEC can only levy civil fines for securities violations.

But the DOJ can actually indict, AND JAIL, these crooks..

Don't think we're going to see it during this administration.. Unless Obama starts taking a lot of heat for the Wall St. mess we're in..
