Is there any possibility that BNGO is buying shares through the MMs to support the price with their cash and plan on reselling them in the market at a later date? Would they have to inform shareholders of this in any written form? I'd spend $2M to ensure $16.5M.
Most brokers gave a specific date as to when the written order to exercise must be received. I'd suspect BNGO would support the stock through these dates, ie, at least through the 17th or so.
