Jeffrey Ciachurski has acquired beneficial ownership or control of an additional 290,000 common shares of Arrowhead Water Products Ltd., representing approximately 2 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company. Mr. Ciachurski now beneficially owns and controls a total of 2,079,200 common shares, or approximately 14.35 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company. The additional 290,000 common shares were purchased through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at an average price of six cents per common share. Mr. Ciachurski acquired the common shares for investment purposes and may acquire ownership of, or control over, additional securities of the company in the future. No person is acting jointly or in concert with Mr. Ciachurski.

In accordance with regulatory requirements, Mario Grech has recently acquired 1,079,000 common shares of Arrowhead Water Products Ltd. Prior to such acquisition, he held 373,000 common shares of Arrowhead. Mr. Grech currently holds 1,452,000 common shares of Arrowhead, which represent an interest of 10.02 per cent of Arrowhead's issued and outstanding shares. The securities acquired by Mr. Grech referred to above are held for investment purposes. In the future, he may increase or decrease his ownership of securities of Arrowhead from time to time depending upon the business and future market conditions. |
