No, he didn't. Saddam killed far more on an annual basis than the homicidal islamic maniacs are killing now. The fact is violence in the ME is endemic and cultural related. If anything, our invasion of Iraq slowed down the killing. You're not looking at the geopolitical consequences of anything. You just hate Bush and are blaming anything you can think of on him.
