Zimmerman did not commit Murder. It was a homicide, yes. It was self defense. Perhaps you would wait until you were unconscious before using lethal force. Ordinary humans aren't required to perform such supernatural
actions in their own defense.

Suicide is a homicide. However, it is more closely related to Murder than is self defense. That is because it requires premeditation and no physical threat.

State of mind is what is dealt with in law. I hope you can digest that as it is a simple concept. It seems to me you and some others are confused regarding concepts.
