I've owned Apple stock on and off (mostly on...) since the early '80s and for the first time am thinking of selling all of it and getting out. I have never felt as pessimistic about the company's prospects as I do now. I agree with others that while the perception is that this is a dying or dead company, little to nothing is being done to reverse that perception. If it lasts much longer, this will indeed be a dead company. Don't get me wrong...I still love Apple products. But I think I fell in love with a stock, and probably should have gotten out a while ago... I don't see much light at the end of this tunnel...
