Intuits' position in E-commerce places the value of the company much higher than Microsofts offer, or the 2 Billion. After the offer by Microsoft the stock continued on up to a market cap of nearly 3.7 Billion. I think you could right shorting short/term....but I would have waited a day or 2 after CNNfn brings up their site tomorrow....too many new eyeballs.
