It's still a good sellers market, but the inventory seems to be catching up to the demand. You're not hearing about places selling in a couple of days anymore.


Once again, real estate has become more local...or rather regional. And it really depends on the market. Things are still very hot in SF and LA is starting to heat up. And things are pretty ho hum in places like Milwaukee or Kansas City or Cleveland.

Just as the housing boom was fairly 'unnatural'; the recovery has been as well. However, its pretty clear as housing prices go up more inventory will come onto the market..........keeping housing price growth pretty depressed going forward.........which means we still are in more danger of deflation than inflation.
