Wonder how the 'at least' 5 yr ban flies in the face of "Falcone is currently on vacation in the Hamptons, according to CNBC. He said in a statement that he's not closing down and his fund is not going away.

His taxes were $113 Mln, would think he made, what, 2-3X that?

Well, at least they made him admit guilt...is this a bit of a change?
