The universities across the country are staffed randomly and include liberals, moderates and conservatives. So there is no monolithic liberal propaganda system in the university system. Most universities lean left for the same reason scientists lean left. Facts and reason is found on the left. Look how many here constantly say scientists are a product of group think. They aren't. And in fact, religious people are the most group think folks on earth. Hillary Clinton as well as most other lefty politicians prefer the word progressive because the right wing was so successful at vilifying liberals, liberal politicians started using the word as a euphemism for liberal so they can get elected. Liberals are only 20% of the population and very liberal folks are only 5%. But they are also the most educated folks in the country and most people do not like the ideas of very educated folks. That is the problem in a nutshell and most of our greatest intellects complain in their biographies at the end of their life about how much abuse they had to take in their life for their ideas. Geeky kids still get shit from kids at school. No one is in favor of eugenics today. When you post repugnant stuff like that you HAVE to put it in historical context. FDR was very wrong in putting the Japanese in camps, but the entire south was also still segregated. We humans were very stupid until just recently. We finally let women vote in 1919, ended segregation in 1964, but still are beating up the gays. Humans have been slow to manifest civilization. And the ignorant too often like being ignorant and defend it fighting against civilization to the bitter end.
