Yeah, a massive conspiracy the dates back almost half a century... You want to talk about fraudsters reaching deep in the pockets of Americans? Just look to the Right. How much money has Glenn Beck and Goldline fleeced from trusting Americans? Y'all have entire companies devoted to contracting Republican candidates with no chance of winning, doing national fund raising on how "this is a crucial race to win" and then pocketing the vast majority of the funds as "expenses". Heck, you have presidential candidates who run for the sole reason of raising their profile so they can cash in. Look at Mike Huckabee who decided his job at Fox paid too well to run for president again. What about Newt who essentially shut down his campaign at one point? Granted, when the "anyone but Mittens" movement pushed him to the front he took things more seriously, but until then he was just in it for the debates. You have an entire political branch based on fleecing Americans. Which, I imagine is part of what is behind this resistance to climate change. Y'all would run it as a scam, so others must be doing that...
