Barry, I am still long EWM and added some lower during my hiatus from computer-ville. I think most of the SE Asian businesses will come back because they are export businesses. And they will take it out of American companies operating with a currency monkey on their backs. I believe that the impact of Asian problems will be felt in corporate eps in the US, much more than is currently anticipated. Also, I think the crisis will eventually cause the Fed to lower rates to clip the dollar's wings a bit, which will make for more asset inflation. All this bubble economy needs is even lower rates for even easier credit to build even more glutty capacity. MB
