To All:I have been tracking DGN for sometime since I sold (at a nice profit). I have been looking to get back in. I haven't followed the news too closely for a while. Where did the increase in shares outstanding to the tune of 4.6 million in the last reported quarter come from? If one is looking for a reason DGN is not now at 30 that would be my first villian.
