I agree with you about the war profiteering. I'll even agree with you that Bernanke thinks he's helping the unemployed. However, my points are pretty simple. Bernanke's printing of money does NOTHING to help the unemployed. All it does is make the rich richer. It is perverse. People like me have benefitted enormously from Bernanke's money printing and so-called wealth effect, as most of our income and assets come from invested assets. I guarantee you that the top 1% have received 99% of the gains from Bernanke's money printing.

So get off your high horse. I'm on the side of the 99% who have NOT benefitted from Bernanke's largesse and I'm not speculating about who gains from Bernanke's policies. I know who gains, because I'm one of them.
