I would like to add one point to Herbs comment. Geac usually doesn't finance acquasitions but the Dun & Bradstreet was a major deal so they had to get financing for it. They did such a good job on generating revenue from that acquasition that it contributed right away to paying down the loan and increasing EPS. The company is always looking for companies to acquire. The question is what is the next company they plan on buying and if they can do the same thing as the Dun & Bradstreet the stock will be a big winner again. JMHO Mike
