Huh? RMF I must say your comments completely puzzle me??? spam? Why would I do that. I only learned of this author a few days ago and then ordered 3 different books. Can't wait to get them.

I sent it to you as a gift of sorts because I thought it might make you happy.

What you were really seeing was a form of generosity. I was taking my time to give you something I thought you would really enjoy. He is a science fiction writer so I am not selling anything. I am trying to give my friends some pleasure with a great adventure. I know nothing about this guy and just discovered him and apparently he is quite well regarded and a genius.

I am a big reader, always have been. When I find an exciting book I am like a kid and spread the word to all my friends. I have sent the post to you and to all my friends and family and many of my friends on SI.

When I discovered enders game I bought a dozen copies to give to my friends. I gave a copy of enders game to a friend just yesterday and enders shadow last week. Books are wonderful gifts.

Here is what I posted to my friend rose and others:

I was talking about an interview I heard on PBS by a neuro scientist, who worked wth Francis Crick, about the possibility of the internet gaining consciousness.

Then ron recommended these books. After looking at them I ordered the first one of the awakening trilogy, but also the one on a trial of an alien. Canada's #1 book I think. Then there is another about Neanderthal.

The guy sure knows how to pick great subjects to write about. Exactly my interests and they say he is a great writer?

I'll let you know. Winter is coming and I need some good books.
