Re: SFY - In for a small position at $11.18/share I have been eyeing this one too. I briefly looked at their last earnings report and see that they continue to report positive earnings. I am not too sure why this one is selling off. Schwab reports a TBV equal to $24.42/share, forward PE of 17 but they do carry a lot of debt (over $1.04Bln). Sixteen analysts have their estimated avg earnings at $0.64/share w/ a low est of $0.35/share and high est at $1.49/share. So I can only assume that there is a good chance of an earnings surprise. The stock is selling close to it's 52wk low of $11.05/share. Are there any specific value characteristics you like in this name or is it a value pick based just on the current price? EKS
