First of all, he shouldn't have been carrying a gun, second he should have had enough training to know the consequences of using it, thirdly he could have simply covered up (gone into fetal position) and taken whatever beating he was getting. Shorty posted a road rage case that was far far worse(beaten and kicked in the head by two guys) than anything Z encountered and the victim didn't even go to a medical facility. No, that was not the only way to stop it and Zim, an experienced wannabe, knew that. Maybe he was simply afraid the kid would take his gun from him (another reason not to carry). If he didn't want to kill, he could have shot him somewhere else other than the head or heart, eg the leg.... But I maintain he should have simply covered up as professional fighters do when necessary......and rolled over.... I seriously doubt that all of you Zim sympathizers truly believe he was in mortal danger.....you all can't be that naive....
