It seems the company is trying to attack Kugler because he is a trained professional in the securities business. Riley is a trained professional investigator. If the stock goes up, and Kugler is wrong and is held accountable, IYO would Riley be held accountable if the stock goes down ?

Riley makes his claims as a trained investigator reporting as a private citizen, Kugler states his case as a broker, reporting as a private citizen. In light of your experience would there be a difference in accountability? What were you supposedly guilty of ?
