Oh bullshit. An innocent teen is dead because of racial profiling and you think its BS??? Tell that to his mother. And I wonder how you'd feel if it was your brother. Zimmerman profiled Trayvon. Is that racist? Technically yes. Do black youths get a bum deal because of it? Of course. Is that a valid reason to convict Zimmerman of murder? No. Yes. I repeat........he killed an innocent teenager. Is that a valid reason to castigate Zimmerman and drive him into hiding for the rest of his life? No. Yes, he got away with murder. Never saw you complain that OJ was treated unfairly. And yet, its the same exact thing. Adam Jones tweeted that a banana was thrown at him. Was that racist? No, Adam Jones never posted anything about race, and the guy who threw the banana said he was only expressing his frustration at the game and grabbed whatever was near him at the time. Only the media drew a "connection" between this incident and some isolated incidents in the past where bananas were used in racial taunts in sports. Whites are always trying to prove that blacks are the bad guys. It happened this week over on the Obama thread.......when the Aussie got killed. But let blacks complain and its all about blacks crying racism whenever its convenient. The truth is I believe most everyone in this country is racist to some degree. The only difference I see is that some people are trying to be up front with it and put it behind them while others are in denial it even exists. Both of these were used as examples by SilentZ to "prove" that I deny racism whenever I can. But it can be argued that racism is being overplayed in these two examples. Its only overplayed in your opinion but then you seem to have a problem even discussing the issue. And its not just endemic to you.........most Rs have a problem with this discussion. Why that is I don't know? I point this out, only to have the white libtards on this thread tell me that I'm "denying that racism exists at all." This is complete bullshit, and I should not have to defend myself from such ludicrous accusations, except for the fact that this is the legacy of political correctness and that I'm forced to deal with it. Why don't you answer my question that I present to you repeatedly........that is, why are you so uncomfortable discussing the subject?
