Hi Kiriakos: Do you need more bandwidth to amplify that crptic message.? Take-overs of Companies beyond $1.5b generally involve stock swaps. Because of that, the larger the take over the greater the dilutuion for the buyer especially when his stock is riding high. The
price action in LU & NTL could be a better guide.!
