Well, that isn't what an apparently competent jury determined.

ask that idiot if he would have hung the jury had he been on it......I actually was on a jury (2nd degree double murder) that was hung (11 guilty/ 1 not guilty) by an idiot like him............the worst experience in my life............one of the very few times I completely lost it.............reached across the table and had the jerk not reflexed back.....I would have wrung his neck right there in the jury room............court officers had to come in quickly and cool me off.
