| | | | The courts, who are supposed to know the law in theory, ruled a law unconstitutional, so they fixed it by themselves passing an unconstitutional Ex-Post facto law that has been illegal in the United States since George Washington. George III used to use this trick against Colonists on a daily occasion, that's why it's illegal under the Constitution. It might even get a mention in the Declaration of Independence, a revered document that the Leftist refuse to acknowledge as law. Sure they declare, the judges at least, that Sharia Law is the Law of the Land, but certainly not the Declaration of Independence and certainly not the Magna Carta or any such Western document that has governed civilized society for many hundreds of years. These documents don't even get a single acknowledgement that they exist. The Leftists are going to try to ram through a new Constitutional Convention, that is their single goal. They will scream, pout, scream some more, steal, cheat, lie, whatever it takes to get it, because they want absolute power even though their track record at accomplishments is negative, far less than zero. |
