Well my oldest took his two degree he earned by using A+ credits and left for his last 2 years at a University. Truman University here in MO. Of course, nothing is ever that easy. last year and this year, my oldest and 2 of his friends hop in a van and head off for a week. The plans are loose, bikes and tents go along. This year they ended up in Michigan, Traverse City area. They went out to some island up there and camped. The second day, the winds were too high and the ferry could not come get them, so they stayed another night. On their last day, just before they hit the highway, they were to take in a mountain bike ride. They had been riding only a short time when my burgeoing mountain bike rider decided to jump a hill. He went over the handle bars on landing and busted his collarbone. So, last week we took him to school in a sling, he wanted to attend Truman Week activities. Monday we got him, brought him home for surgery on Tuesday, took him back for a BBQ on Wednesday and today he starts classes. nothing like an arm in a sling for 6 weeks to start your University career.
