I know this sounds like a broken record but the ATTORNEYS ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT FINANCIALLY BENEFIT FROM THIS SUIT IN ANY SIGNIFICANT WAY. But perhaps all of this will cause a shakeup in management - whether in style or change of personnel - and I'm sure quite a few people here would welcome that. That's the only positive thing I can see in this class action lawsuit as far as shareholder value is concerned.
