No way Cape Coral is up 82% from the lows. I am seeing more like 30-50% range with good waterfront probably seeing the biggest gains. I wonder about those stats when sales volumes stacked at the higher end tend to skew things especially when you add in all new construction these days is at the higher price points for builders to make a profit .. All these macro figures are nice they give you some sort of trend overall but still RE is local, local, local in the end.. Apples to apples comps work best..
